there's a decent forum for posting intellgent thoughts about the lonelygirl15 controversy at, ironically enough, the fake fansite of lonelygirl15.com. seen some posts suggesting the videos are meant to promote the music she uses. haven't checked myself to see if all the music is major label stuff.
