In their New Rules of Real Estate cover story, Business 2.0 says that Seattle is a "bubble-proof" real estate market. Yeah! [via]

New zoning laws approved by the city council this year lift restrictions on building heights in the downtown core, and promise to generate $100 million worth of affordable housing.
Am I the only one that thinks that affordable housing isn't a $500k two bedroom condo downtown?
