Future Tense

I was on the NPR technology show Future Tense this morning, talking about the 30 blogs and the list of lists. Gawd, I hate my radio voice.

I think you sound fine, and very public-radio-y.

quibble: I know what you mean, but does Future Tense count as NPR or American Public Media?

I always argue with people about this (usually Minnesotans, who work for American Public Media), but to me making this distinction is like saying that Seinfeld is by Castle Rock Entertainment, not NBC. (Similarly, Terry Gross is on NPR, not from WHYY; Garrison Keillor is on NPR, not from American Public Media.)

speaking of Radio Voice, it always struck me that Jon Gordon might be the lost Lamb Brother, more John than Paul most times, but on certain words like "sorgatz", it is a toss up.
