Week before last at Poynter, I was making the case that IKEA's Dream Kitchen represented another step in the advancement towards highly spatial interfaces, a progression that's been steadily seeping into the mainstream from the video game world since the introduction of Wolfenstein 3D. (OK, probably well before, but I got to play Wolfenstein 3D in a presentation, so that was fun.)
