Everyone knows I despise Fark, so let's just note their attempt at trademarking "NSFW" and move on without comment.

I find it entertaining ... don't see the problem unless its the attitude of some of the 'farkers'. Anyway, the purpose of the trademark is not to prevent others from using "NSFW". Things will be clearer in time, no doubt. Oh, and others have been trying to trademark "WTF" and "LOL" I understand.

This is classic Curtis. Ostentatious power grab, followed by a "what, me worry" proclamation that it was all just a prank.
I wonder how his attorneys feel, knowing that he basically announced to the media that he caused them to file a frivolous claim in a sworn federal document. I'm sure that went over well.
