What Google actually needs to do is offer wiki pages for clients who use Google Apps.

This seems super dumb. Do we really need another place to put information like this?
I guess it'd be cool if there was a direct tie from this to search. I guess.

this DOES seem dumb. google does well at moving content and organizing it. you could argue this is doing that ... but it comes off as producing content.

Was Wikipedia doing a bad job? No
Than why does Google need to jump in and distrupt an existing growing non-profit internet culture. Just to drive some traffic to their site to make some advertising money....
