I have a theory that she was told by a handler that those are some "it" bands she's supposed to say she likes so that she doesn't accidentally mention Pink or Avril Lavigne or whoever that awful rap guy is who's in every third song and whose voice gets all modulated. See, this way I can keep listening to the National without hurling and getting angry.
