i read the book last year and immediately started hoping that somebody would make the book into it's own movie. it's the same premise, but all the details are different, it's further in the future, (so everybody is even more fucked) and the kids (well, 20 somethings) are way scarier. i really hope this goes somewhere. hey, HBO needs some new shows, yes?
