Lost What? thing I linked to yesterday.
Buzzfeed and company haven't gotten it yet, but you'll see it in 5... 4...

On Lost, they constantly have one character say something mildly cryptic, and then the other character hesistates for a moment then says "What?", and then the first character explains, usually referencing some previous incident/conversation involving the What?-saying character.
E.g.,
John: You're just like every other character on this show.
Kate: ... What?
John: You have daddy issues.
