This list is wrong in so many ways it hurts. Worst link ever, Rex.

No Taxi? Buffy ranks higher than The Sopranos? Family Guy before South Park (that Family Guy is even in the top 20 is cause for question).

CSI is on the list. So is Angel. They aren't bad, but they don't even belong in a list of the top 100.

A good chunk of these shows are only good in because they reference other things in pop culture. The rest are mostly shows that only nerds could love (BSG, X-Files, Star Trek and a few others belong on the list, but seriously. Firefly wasn't THAT good).

I bet Lucy van Pelt liked to dangle top 10/100 lists in front of Charlie Brown. She knew he'd go for it every time. At night he would tell himself "I'm not going to argue with the list next time." But he would, every time.

The Wire comes in at #8?? Not cool. It should be at least top 5! It's not the show's fault that it didn't have a cult following. Given more exposure, it would have been huge.
