Do you remember "The Connection" from like the mid-eighties in the Twin Cities? You could just call a number and basically ask them anything and they would answer it for you? Seems very similar... cept easier.

This was all over Sundance this year. Kind of worked well there but had a lot of transition issues afterwards it seemed.
