YouTube Has Speech-to-Text Functionality. Clunky interface (per usual with YouTube), but you can see it in action here.

Hmm. Maybe the transcript is tied into certain audio points but I doubt it's true speech-to-text.

It will be interesting on how Adobe plans on making the injected metadata indexable.
