I appreciate his continual demurrals on the topic of user-generated content. I think he's the first Web 2.0 personality I've heard from who isn't frothing at the prospect of getting his users to write content for him (like all great entrepreneurs, he's getting the government to do that instead); I think that's directly why I actually find his site quite useful, and quite compelling.
