if twitter is to 2008 what the blogosphere was to 2004 than where does the old time "list of links" style ancient weblog fit into that analogy.
and can we really take seriously an argument that hinges on avoiding flamer commenters at the same time that it recommends YouTube?

I just read that article, and I think he's completely wrong. Twitter is great, and it's fun to sling, but have you seen what 1928 media had to say about it?
Best to be like Rex and have both, and have the blog under a domain you own.
