yes. he moves to LA. I'm not into the new 90210 and we need a good LA-based teen drama!
Maybe he goes to college at USC after getting kicked out of whichever ivy he originally matriculates. Seeing chuck bass in the neighborhood where USC resides would be very amusing.

chuck bass so needs his own show. no college, no real scenario. it should be very fluid...just about his hotness, sex, and style. absolutely no plot.
