Shepard Fairey
First the AP accuses him of copyright infringement on the Obama poster, now Shepard Fairey is in jail for tagging.

The plot just keeps on thickening with this story.
While I feel that the AP probably does have a case as this would not qualify as "fair use", they are going overboard in going after this guy.
I wonder if they (The AP) can get any money out of him as he's currently in jail and it seems couldn't get out on bail.

Boy I think this is a tragedy that he has redone this photo and it really is not being used by AP. The big company attacking the little guy with lots of money to back them...what else is new in this world..
I think that they should think about that .. what does he really have in jail and no money!!!
it is all for publicity!!
