Recommendation engine that I've wanted for ever and ever.
If she can get this to scale, it will have MASSIVE value. Every single dating/shopping/content site will license it for use on their site.
The question is whether or not something like wikipedia (a purely information gathering endeavor) could ever happen again - especially for a for-profit company.
