smartest thing he says...
"I don't want ANYbody in the world to contact me, but I do want people I don't know to be able to contact me. So being able to find metrics in the social network that says (sic)"You've never met this person, and you'll probably be happy to get their mail." Ten people you know know 100 people THAT person knows...THAT's a person I want to hear from."
This is why Twitter will succeed.
