The Grey Album is less great in retrospect
Rotten Tomatoes has the 100 Best-Reviewed Sci-Fi Movies, presented in the most annoying way possible (one film per page), so I've put the top 10 in the comments.
9) Star Wars
8) The Host
7) Children of Men
6) The Empire Strikes Back
5) Minority Report
2) Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

Ugh. I've got a theory (probably not mine), that over time reviews of EVERYTHING has gotten easier.
The simple fact that crap like Minority Report his at number five proves that theory.
Also, for the record, Speilberg's AI was perhaps the worst sci-fi movie of all time and, if I remember right, that seemed to do okay too.

Ugh, part two. Grammar mistakes suck. Must reread all posts.

I loved The Host, but I'm not sure that it should be in the top 10.

Worst list ever.

I'm happy for "Eternal Sunshine" so high. I seriously doubt I will ever see another movie (and with such a cast) like that. I'm also happy for "Alien" and its sequel in the first 10. But where is Blade Runner ? Should be there too.
