telepathy would be horrible. remember the buffy episode where she got stuck with that power? and basically went crazy? though having the power of being able to eat anything would come in handy if you entered an eating contest.
i'd choose flying myself.

Now that you mention it, several Buffy episodes are about super powers gone bad.
My superpower: Orgasmotron. I point at people and give them orgasms. I use my power for good!
