Listening to these girls, I find them all insufferable. Trying to justify a college student dressing like a 6 year old from the 19th century as something other than attention-grabbing is as false as Paris Hilton saying she just wants to be left along.
This is more desexualizing than what I'd previously assumed. Commodify your virginity!
This trend should have never left Japan.
