I actually like the Bing ad campaign (or at least I think they could be somewhat effective), but those new IE8 ads really are a big mistake.

Why the qualifying "actually"? Shout it from the rooftops! I love the Bing ads!
My coworkers and I were just discussing a future in which you can casually shrug and say Yeah, I Binged 'er. UP WITH BING

there's something perfect and sad about how their standout, trumpet from the rooftops, puke-stopping new feature has been in other browsers for years.
