Idea: a chain of popup stores. (I don't know what it even means, but it seems like everything is now either a chain or a popup store.)

ah Rex. you've made the big leagues now. I hope MNSpeak.com is ready to become a new rallying cry. And seriously, how stupid is Keillor for this? Unless maybe you've hit to close to home...?

Our legal system sucks some times. I am pulling for you Rex! Let me know if we need to put on the heat!

That blows. I'll post it in a Quickies tonight for my seething mass of readers. This will be interesting to both of them.

So, can we assume that you are neither ceasing or desisting?

"WARNING: This shirt is not associated in any way with Prairie Home Companion, Garrison Keillor, MPR, The Fitzgerald, or, well, anything -- it is PARODY."
Maybe Garrison would be willing to compromise if you put that disclaimer on the back of the 'Ho'shirt?

i was at barnes & noble last night shopping for honors10 english paperbacks for breebs, and my eyes completely zoned in on garrsie's books. i think i smirked, then laughed at the ridiculousness of this whole thing when there's so much more going on in the world than getting all fussy over a (clearly) parody tee. sorry you are having to deal with this rex, and cliché to say, but good comes through bad sometimes.

Dude: my admiration for you grows faster than ... well, let's just say this whole thing gives me a stiffie.

Hey guys, it is not GK who is an instituted suit it is a giant company that owns the brand. And bottom line, "cute" as the T is, it is still brand infringement, pure and simple. Start a website called Wahoo! and see how fast your asses wind up in court. Don't make me choose between GK and RS. Please.
